Elisha graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2017 with a Bachelor of Podiatry with distinction. Elisha also received the faculty of health and medicine medal for her outstanding academic achievements. Since graduation Elisha has worked in a variety of private practices across Australia and has relocated in 2024 to Brisbane, Queensland. Elisha is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association and is a regional committee member, representing the interests of the broader professional constituency with a focus on elevating the profession.
Elisha currently works part time as a consultant podiatrist with iOrthotics and consults clinically at Indooroopilly My FootDr and Kangaroo Point All Sports Podiatry. Elisha has a keen interest in complex neurological and biomechanical conditions of the lower limb and is currently enrolled in Healthia’s Able motion training program which will provide the knowledge and skills required to prescribe and fit a wide range of ankle braces as well as custom made footwear.
Elisha also has a special interest in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes through regular foot care, neurovascular assessments and prevention of complications through footwear and orthotic therapy.
Outside of work Elisha is a novice runner and you may see her out for a walk with her partner Michael and golden retriever Harvey.
